The nitty gritty

We require 50% deposit before start of your project. Two sets of changes are allowed after which an hourly rate of R400 will be charged. Final payment can be made on completion of your website. Should you fail to make payment, your website will not be published. Your website will remain online until your wedding, or for a full calendar year, which ever comes first. Should you want to keep your website published for longer, a monthly fee of R50 will be charged.

Agreement Confirmation

1. Changes: Any changes will be made at Preliminary Design stage, which includes 2 x sets of changes. Should you require more changes, an hourly rate of R400 will apply.
2. Payment: We require a nonrefundable 50% payment before start of project and 50% payment on completion of project.
3. Credit: We reserve the right to add a credit at the bottom of your website to advertise our services
4. Promotion: Throw Confetti reserve the right to use your website in our portfolio.
5. Ownership: Your website design remains the ownership of Throw Confetti.
6. Permissions: The client agrees to indemnify and hold Throw Confetti harmless against any claims, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, due to materials included in the Design at the request of the Client for which no copyright permission or privacy release was requested, or for which uses exceed the uses allowed pursuant to a permission or release.

By paying the 50% deposit, you automatically agree to the terms stated here.
